         ... had to leave a warm South Carolina to return to Maryland when Spring Break was over.

         I enjoy wearing the chic designer sun glasses Papa discovers underwater metal detecting the Hilton Head beaches.

            In a very cold January I was a leading scorer on our community basketball team.

  ... to the "You Pick" farm near Beaufort.

                We celebrate every July 4th with a party, making signs for the neighbors who later arrive..

  I also help my brother Harrison in his many construction projects.

     In June we again returned to South Carolina and Hilton Head Island.  And ...

              ... checking out the icy, cold clear waters of the upper Hudson River.

           In November Grandma Pat visited our school for Grandparents Day.

                 In December we visited Brownie's beach on the Chesapeake Bay where we discovered 22 million year old miocene shark's teeth.

                We finally closed the year visiting North Beach.

              In October our Schenectady family traveled south to join us at the Maryland Renaissance Festival near Annapolis.
